For National Mac & Cheese Day, we reimagined history through a golden, gooey lens: what if mac & cheese had been a staple of the human diet since the dawn of time? From prehistoric cave art to da Vinci’s brushstrokes to the building of the transcontinental railroad, we served up a series of time-warping visuals that celebrated the power of pasta through the ages.

Working with AI-generated imagery and retouched vintage photography, we created a scroll-stopping campaign that was as absurd as it was craveable—all leading into a social contest inviting fans to celebrate their own love for the dish.
